Docutex Service Division delivers Managed Service on behalf of Xerox (UK) Limited, supporting the full range of Xerox Office Products throughout Northern Ireland and County Donegal in Republic of Ireland.

The 23 staff all Xerox trained are located strategically throughout Northern Ireland. Scheduling is carried out at our Operations Centre in Belfast, enabling us to provide a local knowledge with the support, resources and logistics of the Xerox multi-national corporation.

Engineers access jobs remotely, via laptop, linking directly to the Xerox Network. Each member has completed extensive Xerox Training and must achieve a high level of expertise before commencing work on customer sites. Engineers carry 95% of all parts needed to repair machines. In addition stock is managed locally and supported by the global logistics of Xerox, which enables us to source and install replacement parts within 24 hours.

Technical problems are not an issue. We can access the Xerox 'On-line' knowledge base as well as the expertise of Xerox Technical Specialists.
